Beginners Hot yoga is a Inspired system of healing Hatha, Restorative & Yin yoga poses synthesized from traditional hatha yoga techniques.

All Beginning Hot Yoga series classes run for 1 hour.  This class will also suit all levels. With regular practise You will soon feel more alive, feel less stressed, reconnect with your mind & body with a complete exercise and transformation program that focuses on every muscle organ and major gland.
