synthesized from traditional hatha yoga techniques. All Bikram Yoga Beginning Series All classes run for 1 hour and consist of the same series of 28 postures, including two breathing exercises. Beginner Series, A class that suits all levels. With regular practise You will soon feel more alive, feel less stressed, reconnect with your mind & body with a complete exercise and transformation program that focuses on every muscle organ and major gland.
Vinyasa yoga, in which movement is synchronized to the breath, is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. The breath acts as an anchor to the movement as you flow from one pose to the next in time with an inhale or an exhale. With a regular practise you will feel connected more to your body and more grounded in everyday life.
Essentials Core Hot Yoga class but Silent. This class is about going within. Following your teacher who will guide you through the class. It will leave you feeling uplifted and refreshed.
